We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Travis County, Texas, United States without regard to conflict of law principles.
You and Forus agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court and either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its intellectual property rights.
The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and shall take place in Travis County, Texas, or another mutually agreed location, or be conducted remotely as the AAA rules allow. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section.
Class action waiver. You and Forus agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us individually. Neither party may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing ops@forus.social with your name and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
